Modern times dictate a certain sense of flexibility. What works perfectly well today may feel strange tomorrow. By creating free standing units, areas can be mixed and matched to form the perfect solution. And then, can be added to at a later date according to new desires or trends. Our aim is to create pieces that embrace old trustworthy values with an organic modern eccentricity.

Rosalfurn commenced manufacture of high quality bedroom and ancilliary furniture made from Southern African grown Saligna* in 2002 with the first factory in Kwa Zulu Natal.
In 2005 a decision was made to produce stand alone kitchen furniture as well and in 2007 we ceased production of all furniture made from Saligna. In 2008 we decided to relocate the factory to Gauteng and we are now situated in a 3 000 m2 factory in Kew, Sandton, Joburg.

We have retained our showroom in KZN at Lions River on the Midlands Meander and have opened new showrooms in Melville, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Plettenberg Bay. We also have a large factory shop at the premises in Kew.

 *The Australian origin Eucalyptus lumber produced in Southern Africa is derived from a hybrid mix of two species, Eucalyptus grandis (Rose Gum) and Eucalyptus saligna (Saligna).
Our name is a combination of the two names Ro + sal + furn.
