All our units are produced from the best quality materials available to us. Our lumber and board are derived from sustainable forests. Our board is imported and produced to E1 low formaldehyde EU specifications and our tops are primarily Gaboon Mahogany lumber (Okoume) imported from Gabon and kiln dried here in South Africa. We only use solid lumber, not veneers. No finger joints are present.
All drawer runners are ball bearing and fully extendable. They are soft closing with the exception of extra heavy duty runners used for pot drawers. Handles are cast for us although any other pattern can be specified by the client and fitted by us. We spray all boards ourselves so any colour can be specified – we also hand paint using various techniques at the factory.
All sink units are either top quality stainless steel or ceramic with a multi purpose trap fitted by ourselves – the plumber has only to fit the tap and connect the flexis and waste and silicone the sink into the top – avoiding any damage.
